Stress|Anger

We all have typical FamilyLife Most time in our daily life we have things that make us upset or feel angry. What do we do in those situations though? Many think it's okay to scream and shout or throw stuff around because they say it's "how they express their anger" but is that just an excuse to act how you want to? Let's say you were planning a dinner party for a bunch of friends ( my favorite thing to do) and it's only three hours away. You still need to clean up the house, buy the ingredients, cook/bake the food and set the table. I'm pretty sure everyone's natural reaction to this would be to stress out. But once you stress out, then what do you do? When we stress out we tend to not think or act the right way and we tend to rush. Instead of being hot headed in this situation you should try to take a break and slow down or even try calling a friend (or your super sweet husband) to help you.
